Photos from our Feast of Tabernacles Celebration
Our even began with the sound of the shofar and then the Israeli anthem, while their flag was carried in. Our worship team sang music in Hebrew and in English.
Dancers welcomed anyone to join in and for a short while even danced the “hora!”
Our food team did a great job - what a feast!
Rory shared about the significance of the Feast of Tabernacles, also known as Sukkot or Feast of Booths.
Many visited the sukkah and had their photos taken.
There were displays explaining about the blowing of the shofar, head scarves for women, a pray shall for men with a kippa (head covering) and lots of fun pictures of sukkahs in Israel.
There was an opportunity to sign up for our upcoming Israel tours (May 26—June 6, 2026 or November 1-14, 2026).
There was a table with Song For Israel information, including our bomb shelter projects in Israel.
Everyone had a great time. Thank you for attending!
Our next event will be Chanukah on December 14th.
